Deposit and usage fee are due when the Community Rooms are reserved. Cancellation must be made more than 24 hours before the reservation time in order to receive full refund of both the usage fee and deposit. No refund of the usage fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before reservation time.

The Community Rooms shall be available at no charge for any event directly sponsored by the Coleman Public Library Board or the City of Coleman. The Community Rooms shall be available at a reduced rate to any nonprofit civic, cultural or educational group at the discretion of the Library Director or Advisory Board. If the Community Rooms are used for a political function, a disclaimer must state that neither the Coleman Public Library nor the City of Coleman is in any way endorsing or supporting any specific candidate for elective office. This disclaimer must be used on all promotional material for the event and clearly posted on the premises at the event. An assigned delegate by the Library Director, Advisory Board or City of Coleman may be present at any event held in the Community Rooms at their discretion.
